About these terms
These Terms of Use and Sale apply to Notion Startup Templates at https://www.notionstartuptemplates.com, a marketplace operated under the trading identity Notion Expert. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Purchases are also subject to the terms presented through Gumroad for the relevant transaction.
Digital products
The products sold through this marketplace are digital templates designed for use with Notion. No physical product is supplied.
Purchases through Gumroad
Checkout, payment processing, transaction information and purchase infrastructure are provided by Gumroad. This website does not process or store your payment-card details. Your purchase may also be subject to Gumroad’s applicable terms and the information shown at checkout.
Delivery
Purchased templates are provided digitally, normally through a link that lets you access or duplicate the template in Notion. If you have a delivery problem, contact info@notionexpert.co.
Your licence
When you purchase a template, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one user to use and customise it for that user’s own individual or internal purposes. You may use the template as part of your normal professional or business activities.
You must not:
- resell or redistribute the template;
- sublicense it;
- publish it for other people to duplicate;
- share it as a substitute for additional licences; or
- otherwise commercially exploit or distribute the template itself.
Intellectual property
The intellectual-property rights in each template and the website’s original design and content remain with their applicable rights holder. A purchase grants the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Refunds and consumer rights
Refund requests are handled according to the refund terms or policy presented through Gumroad or otherwise applicable to the particular purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Notion and other third-party services
Notion is a third-party service. Notion Expert does not control Notion’s availability, operation, pricing or future product changes, and cannot guarantee that Notion or every template feature will continue to operate unchanged. Notion Startup Templates and Notion Expert are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Notion.
Product information
Reasonable efforts are made to describe each product accurately. Minor corrections and improvements may be made over time, but this does not create a right to supply a materially different product from the one described at purchase.
Using this website
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.
Liability
The templates are organisational and productivity tools. They are not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and you remain responsible for how you use and adapt them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, Notion Expert is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you purchased a product or began using the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections that apply under the law of your location.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, products, services or relevant legal requirements change. The terms that applied when you purchased a product continue to govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
