The Roles and Responsibilities Notion template is designed to clarify team duties for a more effective workflow. It's a structured guide that helps teams identify and discuss their roles and responsibilities through a series of steps.

• Preparation and Setup: The team sets up a common area and a table with columns for Role, Responsibilities (as perceived by others), Responsibilities (as perceived by myself), and Unallocated tasks.

• Role Delineation: Team members list their roles in the table. If a role is shared or a member has multiple roles, this is accounted for.

• Responsibility Mapping: Each member writes down what they perceive to be the responsibilities of other roles, as well as their own. These are then discussed and compared.

• Final Table: The template includes a table where all this information is consolidated. It also has a section for unallocated responsibilities that don't clearly belong to any role.
